These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and the private car / chauffeur services ("Services") provided by Black Wing Dynamics ("Black Wing Dynamics", "we", "us"), operating in Los Angeles, California. By requesting or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Black Wing Dynamics provides pre-arranged, chauffeur-driven private transportation in Los Angeles and Southern California. All rides are by reservation; we do not accept street hails. Vehicles and availability are subject to confirmation.

2. Bookings & quotes

Submitting the booking form, or contacting us by phone, WhatsApp or email, is a request — not a confirmed booking. A reservation is confirmed only when we reply to confirm the vehicle, time and price. The website route planner does not provide a binding fare. Tolls, parking, airport fees and gratuity may apply and are clarified with your quote.

Address suggestions are a convenience, not a guarantee of an exact entrance or pickup point. Please check the house number, city and any pickup notes before sending your request. When Google Maps suggestions are enabled, use of that feature is also subject to the Google Maps Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

3. Pricing & payment

Prices are quoted as flat rates or hourly rates and confirmed before your trip. The website request form does not collect payment or card details. After the trip and price are confirmed, we may send you a secure Stripe Checkout link. Card and wallet details are entered on Stripe's hosted payment page and are not stored by this website. Payment does not change the route, vehicle, timing, cancellation terms, or other trip details already agreed with you.

4. Cancellations & changes

Cancellations and no-shows are governed by our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Passenger conduct

• Seat belts must be worn at all times.
• No illegal activity, and no smoking or vaping in the vehicle.
• You are responsible for any damage caused by you or your party; cleaning or repair fees may apply.
• The chauffeur may decline or end service for unsafe, abusive, or unlawful behavior.

6. Licensing & insurance

Service availability and trip confirmation are subject to applicable transportation requirements, airport rules, vehicle availability, and the details agreed in your written quote.

7. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, force majeure). To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a trip is limited to the amount paid for that trip. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted here applies to your booking at the time it is confirmed.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be subject to the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
