We keep cancellations simple and fair. Plans change — just let us know as early as you can by calling or texting +1 (747) 737-7171.

Standard rides (point-to-point & airport)

Your confirmation will state the cancellation deadline and any late-cancellation or no-show charge for that trip. Review those terms before confirming, and contact us as soon as plans change.

Hourly charter, weddings & events

Because these reserve the car and chauffeur for a block of time, they may require a longer notice window (for example, 48 hours) and/or a deposit. The exact terms are confirmed with you at booking.

Flight delays & tracking

Share your flight number so we can monitor the arrival and coordinate timing. Any included waiting period and any extended-wait charge are stated in your confirmation.

Changes to a booking

Need to change the time, vehicle, or route? Contact us as early as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate. Changes may affect the price, which we'll re-confirm before your trip.

Refunds

If a prepayment is requested, the applicable refund terms are stated before payment. Any eligible refund is returned through the original payment method.

If we cancel

In the rare event we cannot fulfill a confirmed booking, we will notify you as early as possible, help arrange an alternative where we can, and refund any prepayment in full.
