Privacy Policy.
⚠️ This is a general starting template, not legal advice. Please have it reviewed by a qualified attorney and update the bracketed details before relying on it. Last updated: June 2026.
NOIR Private Car Service ("NOIR", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights under California law.
1. Information we collect
When you book or contact us, we collect only what's needed to provide the ride:
- Your name and phone number;
- Email address (if you provide it);
- Trip details (pickup, drop-off, date, time, passengers, flight number, notes);
- Payment information, processed by our payment provider (we do not store card numbers).
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
2. How we use it
We use your information solely to confirm and provide your transportation, communicate with you about your trip, process payment, keep required business records, and respond to your requests. We do not sell your personal information.
3. How information is shared
We share information only with service providers who help us operate — for example, our payment processor and messaging tools (such as WhatsApp, used to receive your booking request) — and only as needed to deliver the service, or where required by law.
4. Cookies, analytics & local storage
The website may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand traffic. We use loads-fonts and basic functionality scripts. If analytics are enabled, they help us improve the site; you can block cookies in your browser settings.
To make repeat bookings faster, your browser may save your name and phone number on your own device (local storage) and re-fill them on the booking form. This information stays on your device and is never sent anywhere by this feature — clear your browser data to remove it.
5. Data retention & security
We keep booking records for as long as needed to provide service and meet legal/tax obligations, then delete or anonymize them. We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information.
6. Your California rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know what personal information we collect; request a copy; request deletion; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or "share" your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a request, contact us using the details below; we will verify and respond as required by law.
7. Changes
We may update this policy; the current version is always posted here.
